On behalf of my sisters and I, we would like to thank Team Gleason for an amazing adventure trip to New Orleans.

Team Gleason Adventure Coordinator, Emily Cornett was awesome! She was very accommodating. She was at the hotel upon our arrival. She booked us in The Residence Inn by Marriott in the French Quarter. The lobby of the Residence Inn was beautiful.

It had an iconic wall of decorative Mardi Gras masks. We came prepared with our own masks.

It was never a dull moment. We didn’t have to travel far for breakfast. We were located next to Daisy Duke Cakes restaurant and a Streetcar Cafe. Both spots had delicious breakfast. We were 10 minutes away from the main strip. We couldn’t ask for a better location.

We walked around the French Quarter taking in and enjoying the scenery. There was no need for us to do any tours.

The entertainment was live, exciting and in full effect every night on Canal Street and Bourbon Street. A street performer sang Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton and Bourbon Street was filled with so many people. It felt like we were at a concert. His performance was amazing.

We met so many people. We listened to Jazz, R & B and Country Music as we strolled along Bourbon Street. We enjoyed all the street performances. We stumbled upon a street wedding with a band.

🎶🎶 It was awesome!!

The best of it all….I had my OYSTERS!🦪 🦪 The spicy crab cakes were a BONUS!😋 I’ve been eating oysters for over 25 years. Hands down…Creole House Restaurant and Oyster Bar had the best oysters I’ve ever eaten!!😋 We had a ball in New Orleans.

THANK YOU TEAM GLEASON! We’re so grateful!
