I just wanted to send a big thank you to everyone at Team Gleason for sending our family on an Adventure.

With respect to this illness (ALS), I keep telling my kids that all we can do is live each day to the fullest by loving wholeheartedly and making every moment count with Daddy.

Shortly after Greg’s diagnosis, we traveled extensively back east and enjoyed what we felt was the summer of a lifetime. But since then, given Covid and Greg’s declining health, we haven’t done much outside our home. Greg’s biggest joy is his kids and continuing to have fun and build memories together is important.

Our kids have been beyond amazing in their ability to adapt to how we operate as a family, but at the same time the truth is that these kids take on a lot every day.

We had the best time at the Mariners game and although they beat the Blue Jays, it was a close game with home runs and great plays made by both teams.

Times are tough for our family, but this trip allowed us to get away from it all and enjoy something fun together. Nothing beats a road trip!
