We had a really nice time on Whitin Reservoir amidst the chaos of this awful disease.
My son and son-in-law were able to get Jim in a boat and he shared some special lake memories with Cole, Isaiah and Jolene – his grandchildren.
He even caught a nice bass! It was difficult to see the progression from last summer to this summer. He was much weaker and tired.

Jim’s cousins from New Hampshire also squeezed in a visit.
Our family is thankful for this time on Whitin Reservoir at the “sparkly” lake as the grandkids call it where we got to spend time together.
