Thanks for the opportunity for this adventure.
The start of the adventure taking the flight from Atlanta to Seattle went as smoothly as it could have been. We arrived in Seattle where we picked up a rental car and made it to the hotel with enough time to visit Pike Place Market. There we enjoyed the evening eating and window shopping, before calling it a night. The hotel was well equipped for our needs.
The next day was sightseeing, visiting three trolls. Troll hunting became an adventure in itself prior to this adventure and really enjoyed including the hunt.
Another adventure of mine is to visit state capitals and therefore visited Washington state capital before meeting up for dinner with friends.
This ended our day of sightseeing.
Got an early start for the train ride across the northwest. Dropping the rental car off eating a good lunch then getting to the King Street Amtrak station. Headed out gate 3 to car 0830 in the private sleeper room. This is where we spent the next two days watching the views as we headed to Chicago.
Arriving in Chicago a couple hours late but didn’t cause any issues. Got checked in the hotel and dined on Chicago style deep dish pizza. The next day was spent sightseeing in the windy city.
As for our last day, it went just as smooth as the start making it back home without any issues.
