April 2026

We were taken to Broadway to see the performance of Disney’s “The Lion King” and were also had dinner out.

Limousine service picked us up, took us to the theatre, then to a restaurant and then home.

The Driver took excellent care of Beth and I, which is very challenging considering the traffic and congestion surrounding the theatre, Times Square, and Broadway.

Seeing “The Lion King” brought tears of joy to Beth’s eyes. She was very much “in the moment.” And we are inspired to set up another trip to the theatre in June with one of our daughters as the driver!

We are grateful to Team Gleason and Emily Cornett for their generosity and patience. We had to move this date twice. Once because of a massive snowstorm and subzero temperatures and the second time because I, Rob the caregiver, broke my leg. Emily was so wonderful and patient as she had to re-book the tickets TWICE.
