I am writing to you with a full heart to thank you for the incredible adventure to Santa Barbara that you made possible for my family. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a celebration of new life. Getting to hold my great-nephew for the first time and spend quality time with my niece and her husband are memories I will carry forever.
The weather in Santa Barbara was perfect for our picnic overlooking the ocean. We felt so taken care of – from the gas card that eased our travel to the thoughtful t-shirts (the newborn size is adorable!). Most importantly, the hotel was wonderful; having a truly ADA-accommodating room with a patio and fire pit made the stay comfortable and stress-free.
In the midst of the challenges that come from ALS, your foundation provided us with a breath of fresh air and a beautiful “new life” experience that we will never forget.
Thank you for your kindness and for giving us the chance to focus on joy and connection.
