Steve says he is extremely grateful to Team Gleason, the Brewer Organization, his friend,
and his family for all that everyone did to make his birthday weekend a grand slam!

Steve, me (his wife), his 4 children and their families met in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a 60th birthday celebration for Steve.
We stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton thanks to the generosity of Team Gleason and we were able to go to a Brewers game because of the generosity of a family friend.
The Brewer Organization also posted a birthday wish to Steve on the scoreboard and gave our family 2 boxes of Brewer merchandise. We tailgated, shared some great meals, had a delicious birthday cake.

Steve’s favorite part of the Adventure was getting the whole family together to make some unforgettable memories. He was also able to be a part of his grandson’s first major league ballgame trip.
Steve did not face any challenges during the Adventure other than the routine challenges he faces on a daily basis. Probably the biggest difficulty for him was sitting comfortably at the Brewer game. He really needs head support and at this time we don’t have any but are in the process of trying to get a wheelchair with head support.

Steve feels the most memorable part of the Adventure was just having the whole family together in a relaxed atmosphere, other than a hectic holiday. He feels he had special moments with each person, and it was a very special way to celebrate turning 60.
He feels he is very supported and loved to have been given such a wonderful experience by so many people. He feels blessed to have celebrated his birthday in such a memorable way. It was more than he could have imagined.
