Thank you Team Gleason for sending us on our trip to Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn.
We took off at 11:17 am with three cars full and away we
go

First stop – the pita pit for the pregnant girl, then to Bavarian Inn. We had a wonderful time exploring Frankenmuth. We walked (I wheeled) around town and bought candy.

The next day we got up early for a birthday celebration for our 3-year-old grandson with a room full of dinosaurs and balloons.

We went swimming and had a blast in the waterpark. It was wonderful seeing my kids have such a great time – Seeing them smile and laugh. My grandkids love the water like I do. Seeing them go up those steps and then down the slides so fun. At five we came to the room to get ready for our chicken dinner that we had been waiting for.

After dinner we went for a stroll through town. Then back to hotel and arcade. We played and danced the night away!!!

Got up on Saturday morning packed up the cars. We went down to the arcades played some more and off to the brewery for lunch before heading to Bronner’s to see all the Christmas stuff. Wow we had such a great time. A few didn’t want it to end and went back to swim a bit before heading home.

Just being together was amazing! We are all so busy so being able to just stop and eat together and play together was great.

These will be memories my family can have for a lifetime. When they go back and I am no longer here they can talk about when we all got to go together.

Booking was not that easy, but it all worked out. The bathrooms in the rooms were not handicapped accessible. Regular rooms were ok but not the bathrooms for wheelchairs. They were out of handicap rooms. I did bring a commode with me, thank God.

Thank you, Team Gleason, for putting a smile on my face.
